Recipes - Chicken Fry (Chinese style)

Ingredients:
12 Chicken thighs/drumsticks
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. chilly sauce
1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
2 eggs
4 tbsp. corn flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper powder
Oil for deep-frying.
Method:
Clean the chicken pieces, remove the skin, wash and set aside to drain the excess water. Mix soya sauce, chilly sauce, ginger garlic paste, eggs, corn flour with pepper powder and salt. Add chicken pieces and mix well till all the pieces are coated.
Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces till brown.
This recipe is children’s favorite.
