Recipes - Chicken Fry

Ingredients:
1 kg. chicken
1 cup curds
1 tbsp. garam masala powder
1 ½ tsp. pepper powder
½ tsp. turmeric powder
1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
10-12 curry leaves
1 tbsp. oil
Salt as per taste
Method:
Clean and cut chicken into medium pieces without skin. In a bowl mix curds, garam masala powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for about an hour. Heat a non stick pan with 1 tbsp. oil. Add curry leaves and then the chicken pieces. Stir fry the chicken till tender and dry. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
This is a healthy starter, which is cooked in minimum oil.
