Recipes - Hakka Beans (Whole Tender Beans)
Ingredients:
Tender beans - 100 gms
Garlic - 4 flakes
Spring onion – 1 stem
Red chillies - 4
1 tbsp soy sauce
Onion - ½
1 tbsp. oil
Method:
Boil beans in hot water for 2 min. Remove, drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté mincred garlic, minced red chillies and minced onions. Add chopped spring onions and fry for another 2 minutes. Add cooked beans ,soya sauce and sauté for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and serve hot.
