    Amazing recipe!

While it doesn't taste like any Mangalorean dish that I've tasted, it's a very interesting and complex taste, with the flavors coming through in layers - the sweetness of the onions, the tartness of the tamarind and bimblis (which I used instead of a green tomato), and finally the pungency of the chillies.

Suggestions : Needs more oil initially for the ground masala to fry well & separate from the oil, fry the masala repeatedly - adding water when it begins to stick to the vessel, and add more green chillies for a truly intense experience :-)
