Recipes - Chicken Ghee Roast

Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken (cut into pieces)
To be Ground:
1/4 Cup lime juice
1 Tbsp. cumin
1" Cinnamon
4 Cloves
15 Red long Chilles
Little water
Salt to taste
Ghee for frying
Method:
Marinate the chicken in the above paste for 2 hrs. Heat some pure ghee in a pan and put the marinated chicken and cook till the gravy becomes thick. See that it does not get fully dry.
