Recipes - Crispy Chatpati Chicken Starter

Ingredients:
1 kg boneless chicken cut into cubes
3 tbsp. corn flour
1 egg
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tsp. soya sauce
1 tsp. kashmeeri chilli powder
1 tsp. ginger / garlic paste
½ cup tomato chilli sauce
5 flakes garlic cut into fine pieces
1 tbsp. ghee
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method:
Wash and drain the chicken cubes. Beat the egg and mix salt, corn flour, soya sauce and bread crumbs. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for an hour. Heat the oil and deep fry the cubes till crispy and golden brown. In a separate pan heat the ghee and fry the garlic pieces till brown, add the kashmeeri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli sauce and stir until dry. Add the fried crispy chicken pieces and mix well and serve hot as a starter.
