Recipes - Chicken Roast with Masala

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
½ cup curds
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp coriander powder (Freshly ground)
3 medium sliced onions
Few curry leaves
¼ cup Oil
To be Ground:
1 ½” ginger
5-6 flakes of garlic
5-6 cloves
2 sticks cinnamon
2 tsp. aniseeds
1 tsp. turmeric powder
Method:
Clean the chicken and cut them into pieces. Grind the above masala. Cook the chicken pieces in salt, curds, tomatoes and the ground paste. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add onions and curry leaves. Fry them until onions turn golden brown; add coriander powder and chilli powder fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add cooked chicken and fry for sometime. Serve hot with parathas or plain rice.
