Ingredients:
500 gms. Gram flour (besan)
1 ½ tbsp. Garlic paste
½ tbsp. Ajwan
½ tsp. Chillie powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Mix all the ingredients adding water. Knead well. Heat oil and press the mixture through karakaddi mould in the hot oil and fry till light brown. Store in airtight container.
