Recipes - Potatoes and Green Peas Curry

Ingredients:
250 gms. cooked potatoes
1 cup cooked green peas
1 finely chopped onion
2 medium tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
1 tsp. red chilly powder
½ tsp. jeera powder
½ tsp. turmeric powder
¼ tsp. pepper powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
½ tsp. garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Boil the potatoes. Remove the skin and cut into cubes. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and fry well. Add ginger garlic paste & saute it. Add tomatoes, saute for a while. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala, and salt. Saute well. Then add the cooked peas and boiled potatoes. Add 1 cup of water. Allow it to cook for some time. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it with bread or chapattis.
