Recipes - Prawns with Lady’s Finger Curry

Ingredient:
½ Kg. Prawns
¼ Kg. Ladys finger (cut into medium pieces)
To Grind:
1.5 tbsp. Coriander seeds
1 tsp. Jeera
15 peppercorns
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
8 hot red chillies
1 medium onion
4 flakes garlic
Small ball of tamarind
½ coconut grated
2 tbsp. Oil
Salt
Method:
Grind the masala. De-vein and clean the prawns. Heat oil; fry the ladys fingers for a few minutes. Add the ground masala and enough water. When the curry starts to boil add prawns and salt. Simmer till they are cooked.
