Recipes - Green Chilly Chutney

Ingredients:
20 Green Chillies Chopped
2 Large Tomatoes Chopped
4 Large Onions Chopped
6 Flakes of Garlic Chopped
6 Sprigs Coriander Leaves finely Chopped
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
In a pan, add little oil and fry the green chillies till light brown. Keep aside. Add some more oil and fry the onions till light brown then add garlic to it and fry it for 2 minutes. Now add tomatoes and fry well. Then add the fried chillies to it and fry well on slow flame. Finally add salt and the coriander leaves to it. Now keep the pan aside and use a stone to mash the above into chutney into a paste. Leave it to cool and refrigerate it. Ideal to have it with roties or rice.
