Recipes - Coconut with Curry leaves Chutney

Ingredients:
1 cup grated coconut
2 or 3 green chillies
½ inch ginger
15 curry leaves
1 medium size onion
Salt to taste
Method:
Grind all the ingredients into a paste. Then add water according to the thickness you want for it. Finally season it with 2 table spoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and 3 dry chillies. This chutney can be served with dosas & idlies.
