Ingredients:
1 cup roasted semolina (rawa)
1 cup flour (maida)
¼ cup curds
1 sprig curry leaves
2 chopped green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
Pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients to a medium consistency batter. Set aside for 15 minutes. Heat a pan, smear with little oil. Spoon out the batter into a thin layer. Fry on both sides till crisp and brown. Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
