Recipes - Traditional Prawn Curry with Green Mangoes

Ingredients:
25 big prawns
2 green mangoes
Grind to a fine paste:
10 red chillies
6 pepper corns
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Jeera
1 tbsp. coriander
1 onion
6 flakes garlic
½ tsp. turmeric powder
½ grated coconut
1 sprig curry leaves
Method:
In 2 tsps oil fry the curry leaves, then add the ground masala mixed well with its water (about 3 cups). Add salt. Boil for 10 minutes, add prawns and sliced green mangoes. Simmer till cooked.
