Recipes - Sprouted Moong Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup sprouted moong

4 green chillies

1 cup curd

Salt to taste

Little asafoetida

1 tsp. jeera powder

2 tsp. ghee       

 

Method:

Boil moong with green chillies and salt and keep aside to cool. Once cooled add curd and mix well. Heat ghee in a seasoning pan, add jeera powder and asafoetida fry well, and add this to the above salad mixture. Top with coriander leaves and adorn with tomato flower.  Serve chilled with ghee rice or paratas.
