Recipes - Mixed Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 onion
Few coriander leaves
½ tsp. lemon juice or 1 chopped tomato
A handful of peanuts boiled
Dressing:
1 tbsp. coconut
4 garlic flakes
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
Method:
Chop cucumber, carrot, onion and coriander finely. Prepare dressing by grinding all ingredients in a mixer. Lastly toss all the ingredients together with the dressing to make a delicious salad. You can add sprouts too, to increase the nutritional benefits.
