Recipes - Beef Chilly Fry

Ingredient:
1 Kg Beef (cut into small pieces)
2 Medium onions chopped
3 Tomatoes chopped
2 Tbsp. ginger chopped
2 Tbsp. garlic chopped
5 Green chilies
12 Peppercorns
8 Cloves
3 Pieces of cinnamon
¾ Tsp. turmeric powder
5 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Salt to taste
Handful of coriander leaves chopped
Method:
Heat oil in a vessel, splutter whole garam masala, add chopped onions and fry till transparent, then put turmeric powder fry for a minute, put ginger, garlic, green chillies and tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add beef and pour sufficient water to cook .Cook on a medium fire until the meat becomes soft and dry. Finally add vinegar and coriander leaves.
