Recipes - Green Mutton Curry
Ingredients:
½ kg mutton, cut
1 onion, chopped finely
3 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste
Juice of ½ lime
For Massala:
1 handful corainder leaves
1 big onion
5 green chillies
2 red chillies
1” piece ginger
6 flakes garlic
4 cloves
2 bit cinnamon (dalchini)
2 cardamoms
½ tsp khus khus
1 tsp aniseed
Method:
Grind all the masala ingredients together to a fine paste. Keep ghee in a vessel and fry the onion till brown. Add the masala and fry well. Add the mutton, salt, 1 cup water and cook until done. Add lime juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Then remove from fire. Serve hot.
