Kolkata, April 21 (IANS) Kochi Tuskers Kerala pacer R.P. Singh Wednesday said he was happy with his bowling in the fourth season of the cash-rich Indian Premier League and lauded skipper Mahela Jayawardene for his gameplan which led the debutants to victory against Kolkata Knight Riders here Wednesday.
"I am happy with my bowling in the season. The economy rate was quite good. Hope to continue with the momentum," said R.P. Singh, who picked up two crucial wickets of Gautam Gambhir and Shakib Al Hasan, after the match.
Singh also praised Jayawardene's captaincy and reasoned his gameplan behind the six-run win over KKR.
"It was all Mahela's gameplan that led us to a magnificent win. The wicket was a bit slow. We bowled well," said Singh.
