Mangalore: JDS Flays BJP Govt, Dist Admin for Inaction Against Bajrang Dal

Mangalore, Apr 18: Condemning the recent attacks by Bajrang Dal activists on Christian institutions, JDS criticized the BJP government for failure to take any action.

M G Hegde, JDS member challenged the BJP and Bajrang Dal to investigate into functioning of orphanages and submit memorandums to the district administration if they find any case of forcible conversion. He said that JDS would extend support if the allegations turn out to be true.

Hegde also flayed the working of police commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh and deputy commissioner Subodh Yadav, who have failed take any action against the Bajrang Dal.

Azeez, zilla panchayat former member and senior leader Amarnath Shetty among others were present.

    I agree with the opinion of John Max, we need to vote JDS......Atlast there is someone to raise their voice for the support of christian Community..Bajrang Dal dont have better work to do. So we need peace not corruption...

    What is so called opposition party congress doing? I feel the people should vote of JDS who is at least raising the right questions. There was lots of peace and progress when HDK was CM...I think JD-S should get another shot at power. They might do some corruption but atleast there will be peace in the society and some progress too.

    IS BAJRANG DAL FORMED ONLY TO CREATE TENISON AND TROUBLE? what happened and status of our corporator Lancelot Pinto, May be he was torutured and forced to sign documents on conversion of poor orphanage. Let all political patries come on one plateform to fight against this BJP backed anti socail avtivites bajrang dal. Hinduism is oldest relegion, noone wants to learn from RSS/Bajrang Dal.

    Ah...Finally some people have woken up from their slumber-Hope other "kumbhakarnas" too join the chorus & see that justice is done to the aggrieved people by the actions of some organisations supported by ruling party-who are conspicuous by their absence.

    BJP govt is tacitly supporting the Bajrung dal to attack the minorities and police if they are doing the duty they would have investigated and register the FIR against them When police has to take orders from higher up who tacitly supporting then no use of these people. When these policeman D C appointed and paid salaries by collecting the taxes from these and these minority people are put to test who has to protect them.
    I feel the Vajapayees Rajdharma is for Vajapayee and for for fellow BJP men and their branches like BD VHP
