Mangalore, Apr 18: Under the aegis of Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh and St Sebastian parish – ICYM unit, Permannur, a blood donation camp was held at Holy Angels School hall, Permannur, here on Sunday April 17. It was held in association with Father Muller Medical College Hospital.
Permannur parish priest Fr Ajit Menezes, presided over the programme and inaugurated the blood camp by donating his blood. Permannur parish council vice-president Lucas D’Souza, Catholic Sabha city deanery president Melvyn C D’Souza, Fr Muller Medical College Hospital blood bank officer Dr Niranjan Kadilkar, Catholic Sabha Permannur parish unit president Valentine Maria D’Souza, Permannur ICYM unit president Rovin Monteiro, secretary Arun D'Souza were present on the dais.
Fifty-two people contributed their blood at the camp.
