It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind”, said Yoga Guru Yogarathna Gopalakrishna Delampady. He was speaking on the occasion of Eighth International Yoga Day Celebration, held with zest and fervor at Expert PU College, Kodialbail, on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
With loads of enthusiasm and vigour, the college joined the worldwide celebration of Yoga Day, with the theme ‘Yoga for Humanity’. Yoga Guru Gopalakrishna Delampady along with his teammates inaugurated the event.
Hundreds of students performed different Yoga Asanas under the guidance of Yoga Guru and his teammates and vowed to incorporate the goodness of yoga in their life. Prof. Ramachandra Bhat, principal, Expert PU College, presented mementos to the guests. Pramod Kini, Programme in charge and Lecturer in Hindi, compered the programme.
