Mangaluru: EDUPATH Lecture Series-3 conducted at Expert PU College, Valachil

Mangaluru, Jun 6: The Expert PU College, Valachil conducted its unique career guidance programme EDUPATH on June 5 at its Cultural Centre.

Dr K V Gangadharan, professor of Mechanical Engineering and HoD of the Centre for System Design at NITK Surathkal and a renowned resource person handled the session on the topic, Engineering the Future and Leverage on Your Strengths and Minimise Your Weaknesses.

Addressing the II PUC students, Dr Gangadharan asserted that engineers can create a world that never existed before and make a world with difference. He presented a comprehensive view of the engineering branches, scope and job opportunities through images and statistics from all over India and abroad.

Towards the end of the programme, there was an interactive session wherein the inquisitive queries of students were answered convincingly by the guest speaker. Dr N K Vijayan Karippal, principal, welcomed the guest with a bouquet and honoured with a memento.

Raghavendra Shenoy, vice-principal (admin), Guru Dutta, coaching head, Rajesh Y N, program director and other faculty members were present on the occasion.

Amulya, a student of U-2 batch introduced the guest and compered the programme.
