Mangaluru, Jan 28: Forum Fiza Mall has always been at the forefront when it comes to innovations. This time around, they have joined hands with Statiq and installed EV charging stations in the parking bays at the mall. Forum Fiza Mall becomes the first and only mall in the city of Mangaluru to have a EV charging station on its premises. This is a small step in the direction to encourage use of vehicles that reduce emissions and help in maintaining the environment.

The EV charging station was inaugurated on Thursday, January 27 at the hands of Premananda Shetty – mayor of Mangaluru.

There are two charging stations which are deployed at the Forum Fiza Mall to begin with, where customers can start using the charging facility immediately. This charging station can be used to charge two wheelers, three wheelers and four wheelers as well. Vehicles can be fully charged at these stations between 2 – 4 hours, depending on the battery capacity.
