Panaji: German National Dies at Mobor Beach

PANAJI,Nov 20(TNN): A 68-year-old German tourist died at the Mobor beach on Friday.

According to Drishti Special Response Services (DSRS), the German tourist, while bathing in waist-deep water in a no-swim zone at Mobor beach, suddenly collapsed and his friends called out for help.

Drishti Special Response Services lifeguards brought him out of the sea, administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and shifted him to a hospital in a lifeguard patrol jeep.

He was declared dead on admission by the doctors, a Drishti Special Response Services press release stated.
