Kundapur, Dec 1: A week-old infant was found abandoned in bushes near the bridge at Muchattu here on Wednesday December 1.

A lady, who was on her way to the milk dairy here, rescued the infant deserted by the parents.

Geetha, the lady, heard the cries of the infant in the bushes beside the road near the bridge in Muchattu here at about 4.30 am on Wednesday. She rescued and brought the female infant to the police station.

The parents of the infant had thrown the baby purposely in the dangerous surroundings, stated Subbanna B P, sub inspector of Amasebail police station.

A police case in this connection is registered on the basis of a complaint lodged by Geetha.

    Man proposes, God desposes. God had his own plans. They do not deserve to be called humans, leeches. They must rot in hell. Atleast they could have placed the baby in some safe place. Throwing it in a bush like water bottle.

    My goodness !At that time a baby so early time ?May be with intention kept there ,knowing people are passing that way that time.who knows in which situation the mother was ?Didnt want baby gets lost or die?I find she did it right instead of killing or so.still other side at that time wild animals would harm it killed ?just find out in that area if any woman was pregnent or went missing?Probably a illegal baby?May God bless that infant and who cared it immediately.anyway make a DNA test of baby ,which might give clue one day.

    4.30 am ?? Madam, days are very bad. Please dont go so early anywhere and fall into trouble....take care of yourself .....People those who are responsible for the baby to born, were so cruel to throw the baby into the bushes....such people will not leave any lady in the early morning if they come across....

    may be the offspring of a raped mother; if there are legitimate parents, they would not have abandoned an innocent baby.
