Bangalore: CM Suggested to Defer Cabinet Expansion As of Now

Bangalore, Nov 7: In all likelihood, Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa may not immediately plan to expand the cabinet.

It is learnt that BJP national president Nitin Gadkari has suggested the CM not to induct new faces to the cabinet at this crucial juncture as many were aspiring to be ministers at the moment. Gadkari has expressed his concern over the possibility of more rebels if 'outsiders' in BJP are given a chance to become ministers.

However, the 'outside' MLAs are hopeful that CM will soon take up cabinet expansion.
