Bangalore: Hoax Bomb Call at Police Commissioner's Office Creates Panic

Bangalore, Oct 15 (PTI): A call received at the City Police Commissioner's office claiming that a bomb was planted there today sent police into a tizzy but it was later found out to be hoax. 

Bomb squad and sniffer dogs were rushed to the spot soon after receiving the call, but following a thorough search it was found to be hoax, police said.

The call was received at police control room of Commissioner Shankar Bidari's office at around 11 am, they said.
