Karkala, Aug 5: In a tragic incident that occurred on the evening of Wednesday August 4, at Mavinakatte grounds of Nandalike village in the taluk, a youth, who was playing cricket collapsed and died.
The deceased is identified as Sukhesh Shetty (27), resident of Halekatte. He was bowling when he suddenly collapsed.
It is learnt that he died due to cardiac arrest.
Sources said that he was working in a private company in Bengaluru.
