Sullia, Jul 26: Health minister of the state, Dr Sudhakar, has heaped lavish praise on the duty consciousness of the personnel of Kollamogru primary health centre (PHC) in the taluk.

The state health department had tweeted a photo of the health department staff wearing PPE kits walking through the wooden footbridge laid across the river amid thick forests to collect throat swab samples of people for conducting Covid tests. Dr Sudhakar, referring to this photo in his tweet, said that the service mindedness and duty consciousness of the health centre staff are worth emulating.

The picture pertains to the staff going to Idyadka in Kalmakaru village for collecting throat swab samples. The minister who saw Kollamogru health centre lab staff Navya, auxiliary nursing midwife Chandravathi, ASHA worker Yashoda, and Hemavathi crossing the river, was impressed by their sincerity and earnestness.
