Mangaluru, Jul 24: The School Investiture Ceremony of Nazareth School, Balmatta was held on 24 July, 2021. The Chief guest Fr Richard Quadrous, OFM, Capuchin, former principal of Trinity ICSE School, Udupi presided over the function.

After invoking Lord’s blessings, the lamp was lighted by the Chief guest Fr Richard OFM, School Correspondent Sr Marceline, Principal Sr Mariet D’Cunha, PTA members and School Head boy Farhan and School Head girl Preksha.

Sr Mariet D’Cunha the Principal of the School prompted the Oath to the Prefects. Fr Richard OFM Cap. pinned up the badges to the newly elected prefects as a mark of their responsibility.

Addressing the newly elected cabinet members the Chief Guest inspired the students not to lose hope but to stay motivated and positive during the toughest times. The beauty of life is to stay optimistic.

Sr Mariet D’Cunha, the Principal congratulated the elected cabinet members and wished them good luck.
The School Head boy Farhan and School Head Girl Preksha expressed their feelings and gratitude towards their institution.

Shalma Lobo welcomed the gathering and Sr Moncy K Dominic proposed vote of thanks. The programme was compeered by Lizzy Clemi Fernandes. The entire programme was educative and inspiring gearing up for a fruitful year. The programme was ended by National Anthem.
