Mangaluru, Jul 22: A Commerce webinar on 'Awareness of Career – a milestone on Chartered Accountancy' was held on July 16 at NSAM PU College, Nanthoor, here.
Founder of CAPS Foundation, Bengaluru, Chartered Accountant Mundkoor Chandrashekar said that between 30-40 per cent of students in our country receive Chartered Accountancy degrees every year. “Talented students living under the blind belief in society that engineering and medical fields are good, are deprived of the valuable opportunities of becoming Chartered Accountants. The occupation of the Chartered Accountant provides the highest honour for a low cost. One can become a Chartered Accountant at a young age if he or she studies hard with dedication,” he said.
College principal Dr Navin Shetty K said that Dr NSAM PU College, a wing of the prestigious Nitte institutes in this competitive era has a history of 23 years. “The college has integrated batches preparing students for JEE, NEET, CA foundation etc.”
Students of NSAM PU College, Manglauru, Dr NSAM First Grade College and Dr NSAM PU College Nitte students participated.
