Tipper is a dumping truck not for carrying heavy 😂😂 equipments like excavators or bulldozers, these heavy equipments can be carried on law-bed recoveries why our government set a rules for these or what our highly qualified traffic officers RTO , IPS , IAS are doing now, definitely they studied in their competitive administration test for these all things.
