Mangaluru: Webinar on 'Using right time for better perspective' held by Milagres College

Mangaluru, Jun 12: Milagres College Alumni Association (MICAA) and IQAC of the college organized a Student Capacity Building Program-9, titled 'Using right time for better perspective' on Google Meet platform on June 12 for the final year BCom students. An appropriate topic was chosen from the perspective of the present generation.

Alumni of the college, Albert Jose, higher education councilor of UCA Epsom UK and financial advisor of TATA AIG was the resource person. He enlightened how to set a perspective in life and understand oneself. He motivated the students to participate in activities, competitions and gave suggestions to go for higher studies in the interested area. He suggested to be connected with digital platforms, explore the possibilities. He recommended the necessity of physical exercises to be fit and importance of competitive examinations to move ahead with higher studies in abroad.

Principal Fr Michael Santhumayor, welcomed the participants. Glencia Fernandes, coordinator of the Alumni Association, compered the session and introduced the resource person and Anju Thomas proposed the vote of thanks.

Ninety students along with the staff members of the respective departments actively participated and benefited from this session. The queries were aptly answered.
