Bengaluru: Illegal telephone exchange case - Accused had hundreds of Pakistani customers

Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Jun 12: Explosive information of Ibrahim Pullatty, who is arrested in connection with the accusation of converting international calls into local calls, having hundreds of Pakistani customers has come to light during the interrogation. The investigating agencies have suspected that there is a possibility that one of these Pakistani customers must have made call to the military unit of eastern India.

Accused Ibrahim, who was active in this illegal business in the capital city, has recruited accomplices in Pakistan also. Through them he has hundreds of Pakistanis as customers.

Ibrahim Pullatty

According to the sources of investigating agencies, Ibrahim has more than 600 Pakistani customers, who used to call their relatives and friends in India through him. The cost of international call was reduced considerably through this method. The customers had to pay a specified amount to the accused for the service provided. However, Ibrahim used to get this money from his accomplices in Pakistan through Hawala.

Ibrahim, who is carrying out this illegal trade since one and a half years, does not have the details of his customers. He did not even bother to collect their personal data. More information needs to be collected from the 960 SIM cards and SIM box that is confiscated from him. Sources also informed that the accused used to conduct hawala business from the money which he amassed though this illegal trade.

It is also learnt that Ibrahim has not only used SIM cards of Karnataka, but also has procured them from the neighbouring states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. According to sources most of the SIM cards are from his native place of Malappuram in Kerala.

There is a possibility that one or some of the Pakistani customers of Ibrahim might have called the Eastern command of India in the guise of intelligence officer of Pakistan. However, clear information is not available as to who the person was and what the reason for the call was. Sources said that investigation is on.

In a democratic country like ours, some black sheep is common. The worry is that their number is increasing alarmingly. We have to call them rogues. No wonder that leaders like Yogi Adithyanath emerge..... and go to another extreme. It is a pity of our great country.

We Indians always believed, that the enemy is confined at our borders... This harsh revelation has finally lifted the veils over our eyes... The enemy is right in our midst, plotting, with their handlers, to create a potential strike force to disable India, create anarchy, possibly an attempt for another partition after 1947. This espionage web of the enemy must be crushed, liquidated at the earliest !!!!

IK took a massive U-turn when he said that he will not trade with India via Wagah border and would prefer to have all Indian goodies shipped via Dubai and common Pakistanis pay through their nose for their support for Kashmir cause and a mirage of expecting India to reverse abrogation of article 370. But here we have our own black sheep enabling illegal trade at lower cost to customers of a country who has fought 5 wars and intends to met 1000 cuts. What a shame. If this is not betrayal of motherland, what is? I am not even talking about spying angle.

There are millions of Pakistanis with relatives in India. So, by the mere act of having Pakistani customers, one does not necessarily become part of working with the enemy. Anyhoo, he has provided some work to the permanently-on -the-backfoot Indian investigators.

Dude, your ugly rant against our intelligence agencies, has exposed your bias, hatred towards our nation... You certainly have a soft corner, for Pakistan, who lost 4 wars, and has the gall to inflict 1000 cuts to our motherland... Treacherous Bandicoot's, on our soil, should not be allowed to succeed in their diabolic gameplan of destroying India !!!!
