Mangaluru: Grocery kits distributed to poor families by Our Lady of Remedies Church Kirem

Mangaluru, Jun 5: During the first lockdown of the coronavirus pandemic, Our Lady of Remedies church community provided grocery kits to 172 families of all religions living in the nearby areas of the church.

Now, during the second wave, food kits were distributed to 60 poor families of all religions. They were also informed to take the vaccination available.

Our Lady of Remedies Chuch Kirem is always in the forefront to help the needy of all religions during any kind of natural calamity or contagious diseases.

Parish priest, Fr Victor D’Mello, vice-resident of the pastoral committee Steevan Ullas D’Cunha, secretary Maxim Pinto and convener Santan D’Souza were present.
