Releasing the song, J R Lobo said, “Vincent and his team have brought out a very beautiful song which explains mother’s love. We all have experienced the importance of the word ‘Amma’ in our life. Everyone has thousands of stories of their mother and her sacrifices in their life. Everyone has great feelings about their mother. Vincent has tried to express those feelings in his song ‘Amma’. I congratulate him and his team for a soothing and visually rich song.”
Wishing Vincent and his team, Walter Nandalike said, “Vincent always keeps himself engaged with various activities. He never takes a break from creative works and projects. Now he is here with another project which is made around the concept of mother. I heard the song and it touched me in many ways. I appreciate the artistes who have featured in the video. They have successfully reflected the essence of the song through their acting. This song should reach more people and become the talk of the town. I congratulate Vincent and his team and wish all success for their future projects.”
Fr Eric said, “The team Mogachi Lahran, under the leadership of Vincent, have done a tremendous job in Konkani. Now, for the first time, they have come out with a project in Tulu. Vincent has chosen a very good concept for his song. Nowadays, it is common, where parents are sent to old age homes. Children forget their sacrifice and love in life. ‘Amma’ will open the eyes of those people who are still rude to their parents. I congratulate Vincent and his team for a wonderful concept.”
After watching the video, Vijay Kumar Kodialbail said, “There are three types of children in the world. The first one, who has not bothered about parents the entire life, the second one remembers parents after their death only and the third type, who loves and takes care of parents when they are alive. We can add Vincent in the third category. He himself loves his mother and takes care of her with foremost importance. I appreciate his first attempt in Tulu and waiting for many more.”
Vincent Fernandes welcomed the dignitaries, and gifted mementos as a token of love. Judith D’Souza rendered the vote of thanks. Chetan Shetty compered the event.
