90% of Motor Bike Riders and Drivers doesn't know how to drive on roads, no proper lane changing, no proper roads, no proper drivers learning education. 99% percent of drivers driving with high beam lights within city limit, when you drive in city limits high beam lights are not required as there is street lights. Even in internal roads drivers doesn't dim the lights when there is vehicles coming from opposite direction. RTO need to go come up with proper theoretical classes to educate drivers on road with proper guidelines. License must be issued only after they pass the theory classes. Bus drivers biggest headache both private and govt. Buses. They park middle of the road to pick the passengers which creates difficulties to for the drivers behind the bus. Also auto and two wheeler riders needs much road and safety education.

You are absolutely right..... none of the drivers follow the traffic rules... because they are not aware of them.... the driving school instructor probably shown them how steer, brake, change gears and accelerate.... If you make these instructors to appear for theory test... 99.9% will fail. There is no sense in changing lanes, no sense in merging, no sense in overtaking and no sense how and where to park. See a friend on the road, they stop... not bothered about blocking the traffic.... Does anyone know what's yield sign, stop sign, merging signs and the meaning of single and double yellow line on the road, the meaning of stripped lines?? most imprtantly why lanes are created on the streets and why heavy trucks are using fast lanes... nobody knows.... Transport personnel should be suspend license of those drivers.... reinstate their license only after passing the theory and practical test... then how many of Road test inspectors know the traffic rules..... best of all is driving against the on coming traffic....
