One minute of carelessness may mean months of sorrow..someones negligence some innocent is paying. Those who do not follow govts guidelines please levy heavy fine and those who wear on neck and chin, officials should charge the double....Those asymptotic pass on virus to others through their common cold. To our bad luck, those arrogant/stubborn people who do not wear the mask only sneeze publicly..
