Bantwal: Mysterious death of Kalladka youth at Dubai - Family devastated

Bantwal, Mar 10: Muttalib, son of Sufi Mukrikar, resident of Narsha, Bolantoor, who was working in Dubai, passed away in Dubai recently under mysterious circumstances.

The mobile phone belonging to Muttalib had been switched off for the last several days. As he did not come in contact with any of the family members or close ones during this period, his family members were naturally worried.

His mortal remains were found from Al-Rafa in Dubai on Sunday. The Dubai police had taken the body to the hospital. After going through the passport, the Dubai police informed the Indian embassy there about the body of an Indian citizen having been found. Karnataka Cultural Forum helped in identifying the body. The local address of the deceased was found through Dakshina Kannada district administration. The body has now been kept at Rashid Hospital, Dubai.

Muttalib had served in the past as a religious teacher. Later, he completed his engineering degree, and went to Dubai. Muttalib Narsha was a columnist. Reasons leading to his death are not yet known.
