Mangaluru, Jan 28: 'Namma Kudla' is proud of Canara Lighting, whose lighting system is being successfully used by customers all over the world. They are truly and sincerely implementing the 'Make in India' vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They have a world class manufacturing facility. They have been in this business since 1972. As many as 150 employees are their biggest asset with highly specialised education and experience. Their products have been designed, developed and being manufactured totally in-house.

Many mainstream TV channels in India are customers and are extremely satisfied with the performance of TV studio lighting systems. Such as Aaj Tak, Times Now, Zee, ABP, Star Sports, Sony, TV9, Shalom TV, Daijiworld, Namma TV and many more.

They are also a preferred vendor for auditorium stage lighting, stage craft and drapery. Auditorium lighting system is produced as per international quality and safety standards. All major and important auditoriums are equipped with their system such as NCPA, Royal Opera House, Varanasi Convention Centre, Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, Infosys Convention Centre, Birla Institute of Technology & Science, TCS, Father Muller Convention Centre, Town Hall Mangaluru and many more.

Under architectural lighting, they provide lighting solutions for façade lighting, sound and light show, 3D projection mapping, musical fountain, projection on water screen. Some of their work include Dakshineswar temple, Kohima Church, Kinnigoli church, Kharavela Bhawan, Sealdha Railway Station, ND studio and so on.

Stadium lighting is another area for which they provide total solution from concept to commissioning. International hockey stadium Guwahati and Father Muller Indoor Stadium, Cuttak Indoor Stadium etc are exemplary samples of their work.

    What a joke of made in India concept. We can call this assembled in India rather. The LED chips and the PCB is still imported from China. We dont have a single LED chip fab in our country.
