Mangaluru, Jan 8: Chairman of City Hospital Charitable Trust Dr K Bhaskar Shetty inaugurated ‘City Drug House’ here at Mallikatte opposite City hospital on Friday January 8.

Addressing the gathering, Dr K Bhaskar Shetty said, “My association with Jnaneshwar Hegde is since 1987. He is an ever smiling person and his helping nature has made him reach where he is today. He is committed towards his profession and renders helping hand to the needy. He has gained great name in the field of pharmaceuticals. He has done well in his profession which made him open the outlet which is inaugurated here today.”

Proprietor City Drug House Jnaneshwar Hegde, his son Ritesh Hegde, corporator Shashidhar Hegde, district president of Chemist and Druggist Association Shridhar Kamath and president of Nadavara Mathr Sangha Maladi Ajith Kumar Rai were present.

Veerendra Shetty welcomed the gathering, Adhitya Raj rendered the vote of thanks and compered the programme.

I have experienced it during our difficult times for their timely help and proper guidance.....Whatever explained here about the owner is true.. always smiling, cool and welcoming nature..     Mr Jnaneshwar Hegde is the person who started giving 20% discount on purchase of medicine without asking long back. Thats his generosity and today he reached his peak of success because of his kind-hearted gesture for the poor patients. Wish him all the success in his new endeavor
