Bengaluru: No change in CM, action against those showing indiscipline - BJP state president Nalin

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Oct 21: BJP MLA of Vijayapura and former union minister Basanagouda Patil Yatnal is waging war against chief minister B S Yediyurappa from the day BJP has assumed power in the state.

On October 19, Yatnal had ridiculed Yediyurappa and said that he will not continue in the chief minister's chair for long. On Wednesday, October 21 he also waged war through a Twitter post against Yediyurappa. This has caused embarrassment to the state BJP leaders. BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel also took this seriously and warned Yatnal directly that the party will take action against those who show indiscipline.

The cold war between CM Yediyurappa and BJP MLA Yatnal has created chaos in the state BJP. Former CM Siddaramaiah had also expressed his dream of becoming CM for one more term in a programme that was held in Bagalkot on Tuesday, October 20. Former minister Zameer Ahmed had also supported Siddaramiah's ambition.

Nalin Kumar Kateel has clarified the political developments in the state and his party on Twitter. He confirmed that there is no change in chief minister position now and B S Yediyurappa is going to continue as CM for the next three years.

Giving indirect taunt to BJP MLA Yatnal, Kateel said, "BJP does not tolerate indiscipline. We will take strict action against those who exhibit indiscipline."

When Nalin Kumar Kateel was made the BJP state president Yatnal had spewed venom against him. Yatnal had said, "Kateel does not know anything about northern Karnataka. People of northern Karnataka also do not know who is Nalin. What will he do in north Karnataka? None of the BJP workers will listen to his words."

On the whole, it is quite evident that all is not well in the state BJP. Only time will tell whether Yediyurappa will hold on to his position of the chief minister.

Nobody is having daring to touch Yeddiji.
Let Kateel lead single handedly to Win the elections for BJP or that dirty mouth Yatnal.
