There should not be discrimination of law between Stone pelters on Policemen on duty in Mangalore during NRC rally and stone pelters on Azad Bhavan. Both should be dealt with strict law.

Stone pelting on Police on duty is a more serious offence & crime so need to dealt with them immediately.

    Jai Hind.

The law should be amended so that a crime is regarded as crime, not who did. If a minor pelted stone, he should be tried.
There were so many incidents that the people went unpunished because they are minors, even for participating rape and murder.
Their names are also published for the same reason and those minors involved in rape would be danger to the society and because their photo and name are not published, they might live as your neighbour tomorrow.

There should be same law applying to every one. Recover the losses from these people just like the government is trying to do in Bangalore riots. This should serve as a lesson to all, who damage the public and other's property, by various methods.

I wonder why few people who were very vocal for the recovery of property loss in Bangalore are silent here, are we all educated practicing double standard as well?

All these youngsters of 20 and 21 are involved in rioting and illegal activities. These are paid elements for selfish needs. Sad to say the parents of these kids are not doing anything about this.

Root cause is unemployed youth and radicalized brains .These incidents wouldn’t have happened , had the youth occupied in some work.
Government doesn’t want to discuss unemployment nor do they release any statistics .
People have made affiliation to political parties , no one likes to hear the truth .
Society is becoming intolerant on each passing day.

In this case, police will say that the trouble maker is mentally sick and he did not do the mischief purposely and they will let him free. However, in case the mischief's name is either Abdulla or Francis, then police will arrest him as terrorist and make him to pay for the loss or seize his property. sorry to say that karnataka govt is following foot step of Yogi who has no control in the state.

Some people have a right to destroy others' wealth or public asset.

It makes not illegal or criminal then.

Gradually they are given a certificate of being mentally unstable.

Why the minor was realesed? Let him also face music. All damages to property should be recovered from them along with good jail term. We don't want such people to be in open society.
