Mr Gadkari are u still in the west side of India- Just travel to U.P. there are 100's of Ram Temples (exist) in U.P. Even Ayodhya has many Ram Temples. Why don't u help the existing temples , with all the money collected to build the new one, instead of building the new one at the place once 400 year old Babri Masjid was standing. There was 'Kabarsthan' of muslims in that place-do u feel Ram Lalla will come there if u build the temple in such a place. Instead build the temple to Ram in every Indian's Heart.
Mr Ram/Ayodhya!- Ram Exists in Rahim, Ali exists in Divali u cannot take one & leave the other. Stop Day Dreaming-Without Muslims Help U will not be able to build Ram Mandir for another 100 years. Rmember "Kumbaranige Varusha, Donnege Nimisha".

Actually if you read the newspapers of that time the request was actually made before the demolition happened. VHP and BJP leaders contacted the prominent leaders of Muslim community including Imam Bhukhari. They asked the muslim leaders to peacefully allow them to construct the temple at the site and they will relocate Babri Structure (cannot call it mosque because no namaz offered there)

The request was squarely rejected and rest you know is history.

Heres a pop quiz for you - Who opened the gates of the of Ram Janmabhoomi temple and allowed Poojas to be performed there?? Hint: He is not from BJP

If the Ayodya place is showing the signs of a Hindu temple in the past, in my opinion an amicable solution should be discovered round the table amongst Hindus and Muslims so that peace shall prevail. How to discover a Ram Janma Bhoomi or a temple was existed. My suggestion is to employ independent archeologists neither from India nor from Pakistan either from Bangladesh rather westerners should find out archeological evidence/proof or Hindus and Muslims themselves agree for independent archeologists from our own country will do. This should have been done before the campaign of the mosque demolishment. If both the communities agree now itself to build both a temple and a mosque archeologists are not required. I do not agree to have a grand masjid as Mr. Shahanavaz suggests and if Hindus agree to provide great grand masjid also I have no objection.

There was a cemetery belonging to Christians adjacent to the present KSRTC bus stand at Puttur. The Church priests and the management had an amicable solution and handed over to the Municipality. The remains/the bones of the deceased were collected and buried by the side of the same location and a cross was erected. This was done because when a permanent grave to be erected/build, the family members of the deceased are paying a lump-sum amount to the Church. Hence the remains were buried again by the side as a sign of their legal payment.

He could have been a Singer like Kishore Kumar than being a President of BJP ? It was like a Tamasha going on in Indore yesterday. So ugly it was looking. But Lydia.. i feel that your statements are not right as Hindu places of worship from ages have been distroyed by the Moghuls in their thirst to build mosques over them.All our beautiful structures are attributed to Moghul architecture!!. hw many live examples for this are still available from History. which will be sealed by the archeological servey of India!!

Hindus dont have to build a temple over any other religious structure,, just leave our place for us thats all thats been asked..

This is a step forward by the BJP president, who ahs realised that without the co operation of Indian muslims, they cant fulfil the election manifesto promised to the nation. Well said. I also agree, court decission may favour one party and disappoint other. There should be a middle path. In return will BJP build a grand masjid for muslims? If the answer is yes, then let them build a grand masjid first and handover to muslims only after obtaining written guarantees from muslim community that they would withdraw all litigation and allow BJP to build a temple.

Both the temple and masjids are built to worship one God. This is my personal observation and I am one amongst the members of muslim community of this nation. I am sure court would not give its verdict and will continue to maintain statusquo fearing the communual fall out of such a verdict. I agree the creation of Pakistan was a historical mistake. Like the birth of Pak, many a nations were born thereafter and have been recognised by international community. I wish India would have been Brihat Bharath. I ask all senes operating in India, against the minorities, to come together, go the Indo Pak border and fight with Pak, defeat them and annex it to India, a move we all support and we are ready to finance them for logistics requirement. They dare not. They take pleasure in attacking Indian muslims and christians. Mr Gadkari, your policy of devide and rule will remain only on paper and dont dream about forminga theocratic .
