Mangaluru, Jun 17: The mortal remains of Sathish Kochu Shetty (45), who lost his life in a fire tragedy at a refinery in Kuwait on June 14 would be reaching his hometown on Wednesday

Shetty was a resident of Padil-Kodakkal here. He was working at Al-Sabriya Refinery Oil and Gas Company. He was on night duty on June 14 when the fire accident claimed his life.

It is gathered that Magnet team of Kuwait Kerala Muslim Association worked hard, braving bottlenecks created by the corona crisis prevailing in Kuwait, to send the body of Sathish to his hometown and the association succeeded in preparing papers needed for ferrying the body here, a release said.
