Bengaluru, Jun 16: Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) officials on Tuesday June 16 raided 12 different premises across the state concerning three government officials, on allegations of amassing wealth beyond their known sources of income.
The ACB sleuths raided the residence of the brother of assistant controller Subhash Surendra of legal metrology at Rukmini Nagar, Belagavi, and the controller's office.
Similar raids were conducted at the residence of deputy director in charge of Vijayapura land records L Gopala Malagathi at J H Patel Nagar, Koppal district, government guest house and his office. The records are being scrutinized.
Raids were also conducted on a shop at Kalaburagi district's Pooja Colony complex and office of Devaraj Urs backward class development board development officer of Yadagiri and Kalaburagi districts, Jagadevappa.
ACB sources have said that the sources of the wealth held by the government officials will be made public soon.
