Mangaluru/Udupi, Jun 3: Two coronavirus cases were recorded in Dakshina Kannada (DK) while cases 62 came up in Udupi on Wednesday June 3.
Two males aged 25 and 36, tested positive. The 25-year-old had come from New Delhi and the 36-year-old had travelled from Maharashtra.
With this the total number of cases have increased to 139 in DK. Seventy-three among them have been discharged, and 59 are active. Seven deaths have occurred so far.
As many as 62 people including 43 males, 15 females and four children, tested positive in Udupi on Wednesday.
As many as 472 confirmed cases of coronavirus have been reported so far in Udupi district. Eighty-four among them have been discharged, and 387 are active. One death has occurred so far.
