Bengaluru: Weddings allowed with 50 guests, social distancing on Sundays

Bengaluru, May 21: State government chief secretary, T K Anil Kumar has banned through official press notification dated May 21 movement of people in the state from 7 pm to 7 am every day from May 18 to May 31. There will also be complete lockdown on Sundays under section Cr P C 144.

However, weddings and such other programmes already scheduled on Sundays are permitted as special cases in simple manner limiting the guests to 50, ensuring social distance and adhering to central government’s directives.
