Mangaluru, May 9: A youth with coronavirus symptoms residing in Kumpala Moorukatte, Someshwar municipal council limits, has been admitted to COVID hospital in the city on Saturday May 9. Residents in Kumpala are worried after the incident.

The 21-year-old man was experiencing acute breathing difficulties. Therefore, his mother accompanied him to Thokkottu private hospital for treatment. The doctors asked him to get admitted in Mangaluru COVID hospital on suspicion.

Locals said that the young man was in Siddakatte, Bantwal since the last few days. He had come to his mother’s house after he became sick on May 7.

Anxious Kumpala residents are waiting for the laboratory test report that is due on May 10.
